Hi all.

I showed up to a church this afternoon that is finally 
opening after almost 4 years of re-construction. When I got 
there, the audio people were there also getting ready to run 
pink noise. I convinced them to wait a little while!

Anyway, this one guy noticed I wear hearing protection, and 
got out his db meter.I was forced to tune at a medium volume 
because of all the traffic in the church..painters, 
cleaners, etc. He took measurements at the wire, and near my 
head. I was averaging 84db..and again, I wasn't tuning as 
'hard' as I normally would. Test blows averaged 114db.
