Oblong Tuning Pins

I have been tuning a Avill & Smart, upright piano ser80814 1878 1886
It has oblong tuning pins
I am using a oblong tuning pin adapter from Shaff number 24
It is to big.
Where can I get a smaller size pin adapte to tune this piano.
