My favorite wife tale is that of that guy who claims that old soundboards are better than new ones (the wood, you know, the workmanship, etc.). Ar no wait there is a better one, That of that guy who claims that new soundboards are better than old ones (the science, you know, etc.) Curiously, that tale perspective never touched the pinblocks, nor the rubber bumpers on the lid.
