no hammer rise

    I realize 1/8" is a fairly big drop, but I was rough-regulating just to get it in the right ballpark.  Sometimes if there's not enough drop, and certainly if there's no drop, you can't see where the hammers are letting off.
    I regulated in the piano. 
    Thanks for the info. on the Spurlock regulating jig.
