Where can you get a jack like the one in the video? Stop in at your local auto recycler and pick up a scissors jack for $5. Take it to a welder and he'll make one up for you. I'll wager the whole thing won't cost $50. This picture shows another type I made from an older style jack on the left, with an adjustable stand on the right.
