What would "they" do?

I didn't know my Lazy Boy had a life time guarantee. Next time it breaks, I'll call the local store. But then I would have to take the chair to the store, let them keep it for a month to fix a small problem. My chair is 15 years old. It's amazing how well it has stood up to the abuse it gets from this 240 pound body.

I don't know what they would do...but my Lazy Boy couches have a "Life Time Warranty" I would call Lazy Boy and have them fix it.
