CA Glue for pin blocks

           I would use the CA first.  I have put oversize pins in a CA'ed 
block. They were quite tight, and have stayed that way, <sigh>, but I haven't yet 
seen CA not add at least 20% more torque to a pin.  I don't see any reason to 
mix up the pin sizes in this block when a squirt of water-thin CA will bring 
the torque up the occasional looser pin. If it doesn't float the boat, there 
are lots of options, ie, half-size pins, etc. to get exactly the torque and 
feel you want.
