Ric What happened to the piano? Does the insured have replacement value insurance? Is the insurance company looking for repair costs, or replacement value? Each piano needs to be judged on it's own. Although typically Horugels are not the best instruments out there, some actually play decent and stay in tune. On a scale of 1 - 10, with 10 being the best, in general I would rate a Horugel about 3. But even at that, it could still look nice.
