too picky about tuning

 I do tell my clients that if they add a Dampp-Chaser, all of the parts that react to changes in relative humidity (which is most of the material in a piano) will be more stable and last longer, plus, it is less likely that pitch raises/lowerings will be necessary from one tuning to the next.
