Matthew,
Sorry this is a bit late, but I suddenly thought, did anyone mention that
you only glue each end of the skin? The area over the underfelt, where the
jack pushes, should be free from glue.

I realize that PVC-E is self clamping (or so they say) when applying on
keytops.  Will it hold true with a buckskin?  If not, what clamping method
can I use?
