I have a Schaff tilter identical to the photo you posted. And I have a 1999
4-door Accord. It fits. It will either fit in the trunk with the back seat
down. Or, if you put it in carefully, it will fit in the front seat.

For the front seat, I use movers' blankets to protect the vinyl and the
headrest. And be CAREFUL not to poke a hole in the headliner. You have to
put the tilter in at an angle, and there's just enough clearance without
hitting the headliner. But if you're not careful, you could easily rip a
hole in it. And, I might add, that I have a few small scratches (on the
vinyl) from getting it in and out. But that was when I first was trying to
figure how to make it fit. Now that I know what to do, I don't scuff
anything up.
