Instead of replacing the pins, have you considered super glue?

Subject: replacing tuning pins on a wurlitzer spinet

hi all

?

i'm trying to replace a handfull of tuning pins on a wurlitzer spinet. i've taken all the case parts off that i can, but i still need more room to remove and replace the bottom three or four pins in the bass. case parts are in the way. is there any way to drive pins in wih the case parts still in? has anyone ever done that, and if so, how? i don't see any way to remove the side panels, blocks, etc.

?
