Noisy Dampers on Shift

Should be and limiting pedal shift was what I was thinking if the problem
can't be solved any other way.  Also, did anyone suggest checking to be sure
that the strings are level?  Have you also tried to determine just which is
the offending string on these notes?

I've added your suggestions to the "things to try" list, even though I'm
pretty sure that hammer alignment is quite good. Also shouldn't partial
shift be the same as unshifted as far as damper effectiveness is concerned? 

One out I do have is to just limit shift pedal travel.
