The 'Schumann' sold over here is made in the Shanghai factory, once 
the Moutrie factory in pre-liberation days.  I visited this factory 
in 1977, just after the death of Mao Tse-tung and they were so keen 
to get foreign expertise  but said none of the foreigners would 
divulge their secrets.  It's good that finally they are able to 
communicate and make a proper product.
