turning a Grand upright

PS: As Joe pointed out about caster orientation on the rear leg,
the treble leg should be positioned likewise.

While we're on caster orientation, when righting a grand from a dolly;
kick the dolly over such that the wheel is situated a few inches away
from the keybed and push the piano/dolly towards the lid to cause the
caster swivel 90 degrees to the piano. This produces a more solid footing
and the dolly is less likely to slip out from underneath when setting the piano
on the other legs. Good insurance is to fold up a pad and insert it under the
corner to boot, just in case.
