Bravo. 100% agree. That's the main point of any class I teach on any  
subject: the piano speaks and tells your whole intelligence, your  
body wisdom, what it needs. Your insanely brilliant package---your  
wetware; your body--- has everything you need for the high end of  
this work. Trust it. Trust your ears, and your fingers, and your  
intuition. That's one way---my way---of saying what Maestro Davis  
says better:
"A piano action is a closed loop with a limited number of  
interactions. I find that once I grind my way through something until  
I really understand the concept, I am actually relieved of the need  
to remember things, and can focus on the differences and subtleties.
