Barbara,
I've done one. I would get all sample parts and figure on charging client a 
few hours of shop time to determine availability of parts for their piano. I 
think there are maybe 3 different butt styles. Check also with Tokiwa 
suppliers. Also, double your hours bid for a S&S grand. They're twice the 
work.
