I'm hanging a set of hammers today, and I tried Titebond Wood Trim and Molding glue. I like it! It's very thick, and sets up quickly. It was easy to align the hammers and they stayed aligned. I’ve used different glues in the past, most recently I’ve been using hide glue. I decided to trim the molding glue on a set of upright hammers I just hung and I loved it. It had very fast tack time, even on joints that were very loose. The next day there were a few hammers I had to redo. No problem, just heated them up with the blow drier and moved them were I wanted them.
