 I highly recommend Jerry Kiser of Safeco Insurance through the PTG.  Jerry is a cut above in giving outstanding service.  He came to our rescue twice.  Years ago we spoke with him about the fact that some technicians have pianos for sale and need insurance to cover them.  He worked on it and came up with a product, told us at national that it would be available at the next renewal time--November. 

 In October we took a bunch of our pianos to a local music fair--outdoors.  We begged Jerry to make the insurance available early for us--which he did.  The pianos survived the music fair just great---BUT on October 17th, 1989, there was an earthquake--centered 6 miles from our shop.  Pianos fell over, parts flew around, chemicals spewed out of containers, computers broke...everything was covered, thanks to Jerry, who saw to it that we were compensated for our losses asap.
