I thought I'd show what folks who have no wall space (and/or
don't sweep) can do as an alternative. My box is behind a
cabinet, against the wall. The door opens across the outside
door, so I don't need any additional floor space other than
what it takes to get the outside door open - which I have to
maintain in any case. The thermostat (in the way somewhat)
serves as a place to prop my MC gage, and a cheapo digital
inside/outside thermometer lets me keep an eye on the internal
temperature. I've had as many as four panels at a time in
there, one of them ribbed with pinned bridges on, so I haven't
felt the need to do anything different so far. This sort of
thing can go behind a furnace, under a staircase, built into a
wall, or any number of other otherwise unusable nooks.
