Marshall, its time to drop this! I for one am here to talk about pianos and you guys are just wasting time and space with this! It shocks me that you would play the blind card on this one. Come on man, keep it real and don't let these people upset you. Its not worth it. Paul is a hell of a technician who could and would help you out with any questions you might post to the list. He just don't want to read about religion, and though I am a strong believer in god, I don't want to here what other technicians have to say on the subject either. If I want to talk about god it won't be on this list. If I want to talk about piano technology it won't be with a Bishop... It just gets to me that you have to bring the hole sight thing into this. Its bull S**t for anyone to do that. The folks at the school have no dog in this fight and you should leave us all out of it!

    Hey guys,

Once again I do apologize for the accidental placement of the tag line. This e-mail I forwarded might have been the treatment I received had Paul overlooked the visual challenges that I faced. I'm glad I listened to wisdom and went west and didn't pursue the matter in Chicago. I simply sent this e-mail as an example of how not to treat our fellow piano techs whether new to the field or seasoned. Thanks to all of you who treated me kindly and for your support/friendship.
  Marshall

    Marshall:

Frankly, based on the experience I and many others have of you here in Chicago, it might do you some good to try to read and understand what people are saying before you have your knee-jerk reactions.

If you want to be a participant in either the life of piano technicians as a whole, or in the pianotech list, or in life in general, you might want to keep your snide little comments to yourself, or address them to me personally. You've only made yourself look like the fool you keep trying to avoid appearing to be.
