customers is funny (2)

My recent most 'funny' was a customer trying to impress me describing  
someone she knew and
"they had one of those black pianos
where the lid goes (here she lifted her arm from level to 45 degrees  
up from level)"
I nodded and said solemnly, "oh yes, a grand piano".
