Been there and done that...Yamaha sent me new backrail felt and I didn't even have to level the keys...

Actually, I did tune a Yamaha spinet once, years ago. Only one I have ever seen. I also worked on a Yamaha console that had a sponge rubber rear key cushion instead of a felt one, which had turned to goo. What were they thinking!
