First and Foremost, I post because I firmly believe that everyone is 
entitled my opinion.

Secondly, I may have my faults but being wrong isn't one of them.

That said, without participation there is no exchange of ideas.

We, as piano technicians, have had to pretty much pull ourselves up 
from our own
boot straps. Being kept ignorant by self-serving manufactures, it was 
not until the
PTG developed training to further ourselves in this field. I, for 
one, would not be
where I am if it weren't for PTG.
