Ok, guys and gals - 

This is not a psych experiment, just an observation that we sometimes get out of hand picking each other apart.  

I learn things from lurking on the list quite often, and am continually impressed with the volume of knowledge and willingness of our members to share.  

I am not new to this business, I have fifteen years in, including ten in University work.  All I ask is a collegial environment in which to discuss ideas and solutions.  

I had no nefarious intentions, so please don't take it as such.

And yes, I am real....
