Hello list, The photo is not the greatest but shows the problem with installing a key button set. The Jaras Jig will center the pin in the mortise fore and aft just fine, however left to right is another story. The spring loaded retainer on the left pushes the key so that the pin is off center and slightly leaning to the left. Has anyone else had similar problem and figured how to modify this tool? Tried shims without any luck. It is like it needs to be braced on the right side to put an even grip on the key. Any help would be appreciated.
