I got an electric Proctor-Silex Kettle at Walmart, with temp. control. Lid is same size as base. I think $20 Cdn. Set the temperature at 135F, I think that is correct for hide glue. I am sure someone will correct me if I am wrong. Use a separate container in the water, for the glue. John M. Didn't sound appropriate to me. I'm sure others have improvised rather than spend for the glue pot. Any ideas?
