squeaky bushings

Try polishing the key pins. Also look for glue squeeze-out at the 
edge of the bushing,
sometimes a slight bead of glue can bind or cause noise.  An Exacto 
with a chisel point blade removes the bead, run it along the bushing 
and off the edge, you'll feel the bead
if it's there.
