Just tune both pianos to their best optimum tuning paying special attention that your A3 and A4's are a match. If you are using an ETD fudge the treble settings so that they are slightly closer together. The two pianos in question will have somewhat different stretch numbers at the upper end so lower the higher one just slightly and raise the lower one. They don't need to be equal, just closer. If they are close enough then only the last octave will have any appreciable difference. No matter what you do, something will be compromised, however, since two piano works rarely play in unison, it probably won't be a problem.
