No experience, but the name is not inspiring confidence. I know Belarus and some other EX-Sowjet pianos: not good! If the question is to buy that Ukraina: don´t do it. If it´s a customers request for service (more than tuning): tell him you gave up your business due to lottery winnings and give him the phone number of a competitor you *really* don´t like.
