Wow!

Easy.  Lock on transporters and beam it out.

I assume you intend a complete rebuild?  Perhaps you can wait until you 
remove the plate.  You might see something from that perspective that will 
help.  Steinway key beds do not come off like other pianos.  They are glued 
and doweled.  If you try it you may open up a can of worms worse then the 
one you have now.

Also - Check to make certain the glide bolts are all the way up.  That might 
be the problem.
