Sounds like you're having a good time!  
 
I'd second what Marcel says and keep the lid down.  Maybe even cover the piano...but then, all bets are off at crunch time..
 
Do a real good job on the unisons, and the relative pitch of each should stay close even if the whole piano fluctuates.

how about installing a temporary dampp chaser humidistat with the dehumidifier rods only. This and keeping the piano lid down could help in my opinion.

Sure - make sure you are nowhere near, and make sure the check is cashed before they play!   ;-)
 
I doubt there is anything else you can do. Outdoor Mother Nature and pianos are a tough nut to crack. Tune as close to performance time as possible and pray. If they choose to play outside - IT'S NOT YOUR FAULT!

Thanks everyone for your words of encouragement concerning the SXSW tunings.  I thought I would give you an update and ask a weather related question.  
 
Piano #1 - 7 ft. Yamaha, just inside the loading dock at the convention center.  Giant fans running, guys moving equipment and yelling, booming voice doing sound checks, and an equipment mover doing that beeping noise every time he backed up.  Lights, guitars, drums, etc.  I have never been so thankful for my ETD!  
 
Piano #2 – 6 ft Yamaha in a recording studio across town.  Deathly quiet.  Tomorrow they’ll be moving it to an outside venue.  I tune at 7:00 pm and they perform at midnight.  Local weather at that time will be about 65-70 degrees and the humidity will climb from 48% to 75%.  Ick.  Any advice for keeping the piano in tune during the humidity shift besides keeping the lid closed?
