Yes. No, HELL yes. If the piano needs a pitch raise when I 
meet it, it is charged for. I'm not interested in being held 
hostage for something that happened before I met the piano. 
Though I may be sorry that they got screwed by the last 
tooner, paying someone else's bill isn't on the list.
