questions about a piano brand

Hi Everyone,
Yesterday while telemarketing for work, I landed a customer.  The reason for this post this.  I came across a brand of piano I've never seen nor heard of, and I'm spelling it as the man on the phone gave it to me.  It's a piano called an "Ajelo"  He said it was English.  This then leads to my next question.  Is this an over damper piano?  I heard that many overdamper/bird cage pianos were made in England. I believe that's what I recall.  Is there anything special i need to know before I tune it, and prior to that, is there anything I need to know about getting into the piano to tune it?  Anyway, thanks guys. Talk soon.
