You could try calling the Steinway factory and let them connect you to the foreman at the Restoration Center. I worked there for a couple of years and never saw anything even remotely related to repairing or replacing a keybed, but if there's any place in the world that could do it, it's the Steinway Restoration Center. Be careful about starting a huge job like this one - -it can really open up a can of worms.
