Just tune them.  If they are both at 440 the differences won't make enough difference for anyone to hear.  If the person can hear slight differences, tell them to get identical pianos!

I have to tune a Walter grand and a Steinway B tomorrow in a studio. I use Tunelab. Any thoughts as to how you would go about that?
