It should be in your email settings. Most mail handling programs allow you
to choose HTML or plain text, some will even allow you to specify for each
email address in your address book what their preference is, plain or HTML.
Just choose plain for the Pianotech list.

The same happens to me when I try to read my posts. Does anyone know how to
mend this? FAQ doesn't say anything.
