The other piano technician group

The master part is meant for techs who have the intention of providing the 
best service they can, not that they are above another group.  There are 
many PTG Associates who are very good techs but do not want to go through 
the hassle of taking tests.  Tests show your ability at that moment in time 
not for the rest of your life.  It is the ongoing commitment keeping your 
skill up to the highest they can be.
