Slow Paying Customer Policy

I always get 1/2 down on any major repair or rebuild.  Then the  balance is 
due on delivery or completion.  On this particular customer, I'd  refuse any 
other orders unless they were paid up front.  I just cut a store  loose because 
they took 2 months to pay me.  I don't need that kind of  aggravation, and 
neither do you.
