For one thing, they will charge anyway for the delivery, so that's zero expense, and what you are investing is your time which could be profitably spent on a paying customer which is not what you have now. What if they dont sell for years? You still have to continually maintain them. Who pays for the parts? I would recommend telling the dealer that you will charge them by the job and give them 30 days to pay, no more. You may have to discount your work as well, which you could be losing more time on should you miss a real customer.
