Palm vs Pocket Pc

Regarding the GPS.
I feel that a dedicated GPS, mounted on the dash is safer.
I used mine to great advantage, while driving to, and from Kansas City. It
does well in the cities and some towns around here, so I might be looking at
the update, which comes out, once a year, for $75.
To use the handheld, while driving, I would consider, not the safest way to
go.
We are hearing of people in accidents, caused by inattention due to texting
a message, while driving.
I do realize of course, that we as painotechs, would never text, while
driving :-).
