Just out of curiousity, does this piano have an extra bass string below A0 with no key to play this string? I've seen a Toya like this and have heard it suggested that this is some sort of tension/inharmonicity/mass loading afterthought. As for the restringing, I wouldn't bother but if you do for practice, use the low-torque tuning pins from Pianotek. Otherwise, CA or tap pins.
