The problem turn out to be more of room acoustics and piano starting to go
out of tune.

It seems that this voicing problem with Chinese pianos is becoming a
constant problem. Have you tried alcohol and water? It used to be the
recommended cure for hard Japanese made hammers, back when that was a
constant complaint about those hammers. It works, but not quickly or evenly.
