A center pin a half size under what you intend to ultimately 
use, placed in the hole as a sizing mandrel. Flood with CA, 
eyeball the pin for square and level, and hit it with the 
accelerator. Push the sizing pin out, clean up the "flashing" 
and press on with the pinning.
