Hi I just noticed the AeOlian line name mentioned. That alone would put me off.

     In Kit form...which these are, & considering moving them here They can't be worth more than 3k apiece.  Packed in a nice tidy container will take some work.  No doubt the plates are seperate.  Ugghhh!. And all need finish.  Plus the high end market is in the tank nation wide. 
    Let's do the Math.  naahhh
   Could get pricey quick.  Then there is the problem of how many guys out there are really experienced enough to assemble & deal with what really amounts to Manufacturing issues.

    Hi,

    I know a couple of piano rebuilders that looked into purchasing these pianos several years ago- but after seeing them decided that since they are 'do it yourself' projects from the ground up - and there was no guarantee that all the parts were there, and the Aeolian factor - they passed. If it's such a good deal why don't they do it themselves ?!
