Wurlitzer Damper Springs

Hello Julia,
 
    Is this a Wurlitzer or an oriental something
with the name Wurlitzer on it. 
 
   Probably just adjust the spoons or the damper
wires.  Also check your pedal it may be adjusted
to high.
