"Quiet"??

Greetings

       I have actually had people in the same room watching TV while I 
tune!!!. Now I REEEEly wonder: are they this unmindful of what is actually 
transpiring?  Anyone with average intellegence can figure out that the tuner gotta hear 
what he is doing!!!!! Right? What is it with these people?  A person cant be 
that ignorant, can they?
