Oh this is easy to fix.  Leave everything the same but just add  "when 
stamped and signed by us" to the  "the bearer of this certificate" bit.

I mean hey... I hear ya...  some folks need a bong on the bonker to 
understand that coffee is supposed to go into ones mouth and not up ones 
nose... but there you have it.
