Rebuilt Action Touch is too light

Brett-
One possibility would be to try voicing down the hammers a bit. If the touchweight is light and the hammers are hard, many people will find the dynamics and timbre difficult to control. Did they do the preliminary voicing at Renner? If so, they are probably ready for you to finish off with some surface voicing. (Check the Renner website for voicing instructions.)
