Tuning a Yamaha Disklavier Baby Grand

I just scheduled an appointment to tune a Yamaha
Disklavier Baby Grand Piano. I've never tuned one
before. She mentioned this only after I gave her my
standard tuning charge, and said that her previous
tuner made a big deal about it and charged her more.

Does anyone know if I have to do anything special to
tune this piano?
